How heavy can I deliver through deliver bot?
We can deliver your items up to 5kg in each drone. Therefore, anything more than 5kg would be seperated into multiple trips.
What is the size constraint of each delivery?
The size of our delivery compartment is 500mm Width x 500mm Length x 400mm Height.
What delivery service are available?
Our delivery service includes.
Box to box - Where items are deposited into our beebox. It will be send to another beebox to be collected by the customer.
Door to Door - Where items are collected from customer location by a human courier and delivered to customer's doorstep through a human courier.
Point to Point - Drones are flown to the designated point. Items are then deposited into the drone. It will then be flown directly to the drop off point and retrieve by customer.
Box to box - Where items are deposited into our beebox. It will be send to another beebox to be collected by the customer.
Door to Door - Where items are collected from customer location by a human courier and delivered to customer's doorstep through a human courier.
Point to Point - Drones are flown to the designated point. Items are then deposited into the drone. It will then be flown directly to the drop off point and retrieve by customer.
How much does it cost for our service?
For our services;
For box to box service
Each delivery starts at $3.00 for the first 1kg and $1 for every subsequent kg, up to 5kg.
For Delivery between stations. (For further distances)
Additional station $3.00 for first 1kg and $1 for every subsequent kg, up to 5kg.
For Door to Door, collect and delivery an additional cost of $4.00 - $6.00 is chargeable, subjected to distance.
For Point to Point Delivery would be between $20 - $50 subject to distance.
Discounted price may be available for corporate customer and other service provider.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
Our Drone travels between 30-60km/h without any traffic obstructions. On average delivery between the distance of 5km may take less than 10 mins.
What happened if drone cannot land on designated points?
In the event that the drone is unable to land at the designated point for collection or delivery, the drone will be returned back to station. The cost of the trip will still be charged and is non refundable. Customer may reschdule another trip to deliver the item to a new point.
